Break-proof and ageing-resistant container made of rustproof, robust stainless steel or transparent polycarbonate enables the growth of the colony to be monitored without opening the container.
The anaerobic atmosphere can be generated in the vessels by evacuating using a vacuum pump and gassing (e.g. with nitrogen) or with chemical anaerobic systems.
The lid, made of UV-stable black plastic or transparent polycarbonate (PC), is equipped with a ventilation screw on the "eco" and "crystal eco" models.
The lids of the "small", "standard", "large" and "crystal" models are equipped with two corner valves including chemical-resistant hose connectors for gassing hoses and vacuum hoses (5 mm inner diameter) and provided with a pressure gauge for precisely monitoring the vacuum or overpressure (-1 to +0,2 bar).
The "standard", "eco", "crystal" and "crystal eco" vessels can be used with up to 15 Petri dishes with a diameter of 60-100 mm.
The "small" anaerobic vessel is suitable for up to 10 Petri dishes with a diameter of 60-100 mm.
The "large" vessel can hold up to 15 Petri dishes with a diameter of 60-150 mm.
Suitable insertable frames for Petri dishes, microtiter plates or test tubes are available separately.
